Tammy Clarke

Tammy Clarke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with distinction from the University of The Bahamas, with a major in Management and a minor in Human Resource Management, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Management Studies at the University of the West Indies. She also holds professional certifications, including Certified Professional Secretary ("CPS"), the STEP Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management, and the STEP International Diploma in Trust Administration and Accounts, and maintains active membership in the Bahamas Association of Administrative Professionals and the National Society of Leadership and Success (UB Chapter).

Tammy currently serves as Director of Operations at Baker Tilly Bahamas, with over eighteen (18) years of administrative and operational experience in professional services. In this role, she oversees administrative systems and operational processes, including payroll, statutory compliance, facilities management, administrative staff supervision, and the implementation of administrative policies. Her career progression through senior administrative roles at Grant Thornton Bahamas and Baker Tilly has provided her with extensive experience in organizational operations and administrative leadership.
