Sivaroshan Mahamayam

Sivaroshan Mahamayam (“Siva”) is a Chartered Accountant and Senior Audit Manager at Baker Tilly Bahamas, with 10 years of experience in public accounting and financial reporting. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), and the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honors) in Accounting from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, and is a recipient of the KPMG Gold Medal for excellence in Auditing and Taxation.

In addition to his public accounting experience, Sivaroshan has held a finance leadership role within a listed company in Sri Lanka, where he was responsible for overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and management reporting functions.

In his current role, he leads complex audit engagements and multidisciplinary teams, supporting clients across a broad range of industries. His experience spans agriculture, asset and fund management, banks and finance companies, captive insurance, credit unions, educational institutions, hotels and hospitality, NGOs, public utilities, retail, shipping and logistics, telecommunications, and trading and manufacturing.

Siva’s professional expertise includes statutory and group audits, IFRS and IFRS for SMEs financial reporting, internal audits, regulatory and compliance reporting, and advising clients on accounting, governance, and process improvements across a wide range of industries. He is recognized for his strong technical capability, sound professional judgment, and commitment to delivering high-quality, practical solutions while maintaining trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
