Naeemah Gomez

Naeemah Gomez holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Dalhousie University and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Birmingham (UK). Her extensive thirteen (13) years of experience began at Grant Thornton (Bahamas) as a Senior Consultant responsible for advisory engagements and internal audits. Following that, as the Human Resources Manager at Grant Thornton (Bahamas), she was responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management. She has several years of international HR experience at HSBC Bank Bermuda Ltd.
 

As the Human Resources Manager of Baker Tilly, she manages all aspects of the Human Resources function, policies and procedures, employment law, recruitment and retention, performance management, and employee engagement.
